Delivery Rules and Restrictions:

Return and Refund policy
Unconditional return policy if your items is damaged during shipment or wrong items , you can return back to us.
Return must be made within 5 days from date of received goods . Damaged item(s) must be returned together with their original box and receipt . Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for exchange . Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the items otherwise the request will not be processed . Your return items will be assigned to a courier of our choosing , please provide us the return parcel tracking number for all items.
What about postage charges ?
Customer have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process , then we will refund a maximum RM5.00 for your return shipping charges to your account . However, duties and import tax are only applicable to certain countries. Our carrier will handle all customs clearance work for you and deliver
